Product & Pricing Assistant

As a Product & Pricing Assistant, you are an important link in the Little America team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the prices for approximately 900 suppliers are correctly entered into the IT system. Besides that, you will have regular contact with the suppliers in the US and Canada.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Keeping the information about suppliers and their rates up to date in the Little America system

• Discussing any differences in rate with suppliers (between what we have and what the supplier has on their website, for example)

• Ensuring everything is set up in the system when a new contract has been agreed upon

• Helping suppliers if they have questions about how we work or our different systems

• Keeping contact with our Sales teams in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK regarding the rates

• Supporting the product managers with other projects and tasks

You are our ideal candidate if you can work well with figures and can easily negotiate with our suppliers. You are able to set priorities and dare to take responsibility. It is important that you work very precisely in this role.
